Policy: The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the institution and operates under a set of Bylaws. which are maintained by the Board Chair and are on file in the President's office.
Purpose: The purpose of establishing Bylaws is to ensure that the Board effectively and ethically executes the institution’s mission, fiscal integrity, and educational quality.
